COVID-19 Social Contract
I acknowledge that I am aware of certain risks of participating in public events due to COVID-19, and that I am choosing to enter the venue my tickets are purchased for. I understand that by leaving my home, I am exposing myself to a greater risk of becoming infected with coronavirus, or of infecting other people.
Although COVID-19 is no longer declared a pandemic, it is still extremely contagious, especially to those who are unvaccinated or have a weakened immune system. The Festival cannot guarantee that attendees will not become infected with COVID-19 when attending watch parties.
Masks, regular hand washing, and social distancing are all encouraged. Please stay home if you do not feel well or have been exposed to someone who may have had COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
Ultimately, it is up to audience members to feel if they are comfortable attending a watch party. Check local case numbers in making the decision to attend in-person or participate virtually.
Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges done on day of event (for that day's event). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (DisabiliTease Productions).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
